• Order information — your name, billing and delivery address, email address and, if you give it, a phone number for delivery.
• Payment information — card payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Technical information — basic information your browser sends, such as device type and pages viewed, used to keep the site working and secure.

Why we use it

We use your information to take payment, pack and deliver your order, answer your questions, handle returns, meet our tax and accounting obligations, and detect and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary, and only with parties who need it to do a job for us: our payment processor, the carrier delivering your parcel, and our accountants. Each is required to protect your information and to use it only for that purpose. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to function — remembering the contents of your basket and keeping your session secure. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the checkout will not work if you do.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes, and then delete them. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted once the matter is closed.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to support@rezgoodies.store and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

This site is served over an encrypted connection and payment details are handled by our payment provider on their own secure systems. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
