Terms of service

These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with us. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

This website is operated by RP 3D Ventures LLC, trading as Rez Goodies, of 1309 Coffeen Ave Ste 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801. In these terms “we”, “us” and “our” mean RP 3D Ventures LLC.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an email confirming that the order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is out of stock, where a price has been listed in error, or where we cannot verify the billing details — and if we do, we will refund any payment taken in full.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes where indicated at checkout. Shipping is calculated and displayed before you pay. Payment is taken at the time the order is placed. We take reasonable care to price the catalogue accurately, but where an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we are not obliged to supply it at that price.

Products

We photograph our products carefully, but colour reproduction varies between screens and many of our items are made in small batches with natural variation in glaze, grain and weave. Small differences between the photograph and the item you receive are normal and are not a fault.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order it we will contact you and offer a replacement, a partial refund or a full refund.

Returns

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, photography and the Rez Goodies name and mark, belongs to us and may not be reproduced for commercial use without our written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
